About Us

Homestead Building Systems is an NHQ Certified Trade Partner that specializes in engineering, manufacturing and installing engineered wood products to include open web floor trusses, I-Joists, wall panels and roof trusses. We also provide a full line of dimensional lumber, rim-board, cornice, hangers, Zip Wall, OSB sheathing and head features. In additional to those details, HBS can provide value engineering, cost estimation, carpentry services and turnkey construction. Our clients include residential Home Builders – specifically those who build custom, semi-custom and production single family homes, townhouses, condos and infills.
