Cross Timbers Roofing has been proudly roofing Central Virginia for over 30 years. In 2011, the company founders retired and selected Chuck Glady to continue the CTR legacy. Over the last 10 years under Chuck’s ownership, CTR has pursued a course of staff expansion and training in order to remain competitive in the market place. Cross Timbers Roofing continues to provide high quality products and roof installations for a fair and competitive price.

Complete take offs based on builder plans.
Use of materials that meet or exceed local building codes and builder requirements.
Written price quotes for individual projects; as well as, a la carte pricing for builders with in-house estimating capabilities.
Prompt & efficient scheduling of work.
Ability to provide a finished product in same-day applications when requested.
Second trips for plumbing penetration flashing are included in original price estimates.
In-house quality inspection process to ensure every roof installation meets CTR quality standards which in most cases exceeds builder general standards.
Rigorous safety requirements & inspections in order to fully comply with state, federal & OSHA guidelines.
Ability to coordinate invoicing to match builder accounts payable guidelines and ability to accept EFT invoice payments.
Workmanship on new construction is warranted for one year
