DESCRIPTION:In alignment with the goals set forth in Richmond 300: A Guide for Growth\, the City of Richmond aims to develop a city-wide Cultural Heritage Stewardship Plan (CHSP).  The CHSP aims to guide how Richmond addresses historic and cultural preservation with practical strategies and goals\, as well as a focus on equity.  \n\n\n\nHBAR will host a focus group discussion on the CHSP with representatives from the Commonwealth Preservation Group\, the consultants leading the effort to develop the plan.
