The Lumber Crisis

Jim Tobin, Executive Vice President of Government Affairs and Chief Lobbyist for NAHB, will meet by video conference with members of the Home Building Association of Richmond to discuss the principal efforts against the lumber crisis. Jim will inform the membership on the latest negotiations with the Biden Administration and what to expect over the foreseeable future – if and when the industry can expect some relief and how residential construction businesses should plan for the coming months.
 
NAHB’s lumber economics guru, David Logan, will join Jim to talk about market forces and the forecast on pricing.
