Sticks-n-Bricks Course with John Waters of Biringer Builders. Come learn about all of the stages of new home construction! Everything will be visible from foundation and framing to insulation and sheetrock and then see the gorgeous finished products! Please wear long pants and closed toe shoes. Hard hats will be provided! This course offers 2 hours CE Real Estate Related or 2 hours PLE Current Industry Trends. Course credits are processed through The Richmond Association of Realtors®.
