HBAV Environmental Issues Briefing and Town Hall

HBAV's new Associate Vice President of Government Affairs, Evan Branosky will provide updates on several environmental regulatory issues facing Virginia's housing industry, including the Virginia Dept. of Wildlife Resources proposed incidental take regulations, pending updates to the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Area Designation and Management Regulations, and more. We will also recap some of the environmental legislation considered during the 2021 General Assembly Session.
