We will listen to the NAHB Webinar titled "Time Management" at 2:00 and then discuss different ways to increase your time management.
This session will help you with your efficiency and productivity levels. Time management tools will be shared that will help you with work goals. Through discussion you will identify what you value most and how to manage your time accordingly. In order to have more time, old habits that hinder you need to be identified and new habits created to move you forward. During this workshop the following topics will be covered: establishing goals, handling emails and interruptions, planning, scheduling and prioritizing.
