HBAR has engaged Mangum Economics to perform a two-phase economic and regulatory impact analysis of the local residential construction industry.  Phase two will take a deep dive into the state and local regulartory impacts on construction through focus groups.  Participation is by-invitation-only for owners or principles of building companies.  To inquire, please contact Dean Goodson at dgoodson@hbar.org.
